Delivery across Ukraine.
We work exclusively as an online store, all orders are sent by the delivery service Nova Poshta.

International shipping
We send international shipments by the ukrainian delivery service Nova Poshta.
After sending the order, you will receive a letter with the Nova Poshta tracking number, that you can check on NP website, and then on the website of the carrier of the country of transportation
If you want to receive the order in another way, we will think of something. To do this, write to us at customer.support@thebasic.plus

We are sending orders within 2 - 3 days.

We ship orders worldwide except Russia and Belarus.

RETURNS

The exchange and return of the goods being of the adequate quality is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order for orders in Ukraine or 30 days for international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that item has no damage and traces of use, including all original labels, tags and in the original packaging, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of its purchase.
